hmz... nice depth of colours (or whatever)... but the lack of shading on the upper torso makes it look "faker" than the legs (pity about the way you had to make the legs fade off... there should be a better way)... and the scarf makes the picture even flatter.

but on the whole, good job.

short comments cos i'm going to go for camp so i shall make my presence felt.

1) rikku has pose, but face not so cute. the previous one was way better and hotter. but hey, who don't like rikku anyway? very nice knees tho.

2) somehow yuna's right arm looks funny... like very skinny? the ponytail doesn't seem to connect naturally.... but then again i'm not an expert. breasts look a bit off, but why am i staring? nice with the legs tho... good with boots. gun looks a little warped.

3) err.. nice bike? would like to see you draw one in action with as little reference as possible. pete! make ben ride a bike cos it's cool!

4) iriomote wildcat? looks like it's lookig at something. nice job, esp with the hairiness.

5) seal... looks less lively than wildcat... but nice. working with reference is goot idea! back to basics!

OH YA!!! small stories is out in print!!! go go get!!!!

What's with the Cap star-within-circle logo on her shirt? I think it's cool, though. The feet look a little shaky, but otherwise I think she's one of your best women yet. How many female bodies have you been looking at, Wai? :D

Comics I'm actually looking forward to:

Exiles: Austen might actually have a winner with this one. Let's just hope he's got the brains to pull it off.
Crew: Wow. Wow. Wow. Priest is pure genius. I don't exactly like what he's done with Rhodey, but it works for his "team". I love the new "Black Panther" though. After all, he's got a pregnant Asian wife. Fetish! And then in Issue #5, he's bringing in... TRUTH?
Truth: Wow. This had better be good.
Crimson Dynamo: Looks good. Ellis has redesigned the Crimson Dynamo armour well. Let's see how it goes.
Captain America: Hmmm. It's Austen. Hmmm. No, I'm not looking forward to this, but I've NEVER stopped collecting Cap and I probably never will.
1602: It's Gaiman. And Kubert. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid.

I'm sticking with U.S. War Machine 2.0 because I'm a Rhodey mark, and because I think this interpretation of his character is better than Priest's. But that's where it ends.
